A New Way to Use Stepscale

Nov 11, 2025

After months of working with our partner clients, we're excited to introduce a new, more seamless way to create workflows that automate your complex and repetitive tasks.

Here's how it works:

Ask the Assistant anything about your project: analyze this Phase I Environmental Assessment, compare these three bids, compile this month's investor update.

  • If the work is straightforward, the Assistant answers immediately.

  • If the work requires meticulous care, multiple steps, or heavy analysis, the Assistant suggests a workflow. You approve or edit it. The workflow runs in the background while you continue using Stepscale. You get a notification when it's done.

  • If the workflow is repetitive, simply ask the Assistant to save it to My Workflows. Reuse it with one-click in the future or share it with others in Team Projects.

Stepscale remembers all your feedback across a workflow's sessions, helping you execute with both speed and accuracy.

What this means for you:

Create powerful workflows through conversation
You don't build workflows anymore, you simply describe what you need. The Assistant translates your request into a structured workflow with the right steps, data sources, and outputs. The same powerful automation you're used to, built in seconds instead of minutes.

Fine-tune complex tasks in real time
As you chat, the Assistant refines the workflow steps based on your feedback. "Pull from the Q4 folder, not Q3." "Flag any line items over $50K." "Use the format from last month's report." It learns what you want and adjusts on the fly.

Schedule once, run forever
If the Assistant detects this is something you'll need daily or weekly, like portfolio updates, invoice reviews, or market comps, it offers to schedule it. Approve once, and your work runs automatically, landing in your inbox before your morning coffee. With current information, every time.

What you can do now:

If you're already using Stepscale: This feature is live. Open any Project and start a conversation with the Assistant for all new work, or go to My Workflows to access previously saved workflows and start with one-click.

If you're not using Stepscale yet and would like to learn more, we'd love to show you>
