Why we're doing this
The worst errors don't show up as typos. They show up as a number that doesn't match the model, a covenant that drifted from the agreement, or a client deck that quietly disagrees with what legal approved. Teams already review everything; the problem is volume, fatigue, and context spread across inboxes and folders.
